Knowledge is power, and science is a tool for discovering the truths of the world. In parallel, the products of science are often used for non-scientific purposes or even for conflicts, domination, destruction. Scientists have a powerful voice in society, but do the decision-makers listen? In this session we will explore how science, modern technology and scientists can be used as a force of good and help diminish conflicts.

How can Religion Contribute to World Peace
Every manifestation has an idea that precedes it, argued Plato. Similar, the spiritual realm is the root of all human activity. Ethics, empathy, love, noble emotions and thoughts are the ideals for every human being, and religion can help in steering human behavior towards these goals. Can religion contribute to world peace, how efficient is it today, and what can be done to enhance the dialogue between religions, nations, religious leaders, we will ask our esteemed speakers.

The media has an extremely important role in creating public opinions, sharing knowledge, educating citizens and shaping the world of today.
